What is TOPPBOX?

TOPPBOX is a personalised grooming subscription box for men. We hand-pick 5-7 full size grooming products with a value of £50-£70 and deliver it straight to your door every 2 months, with a new selection of products in each delivery.

How much does TOPPBOX cost?

A subscription costs £24 + £3.35 P&P and boxes are delivered once every 2 months.

How often do I pay?

You will pay once every 2 months. Once your subscription has renewed, we will send your renewal box out.

When will my first box be dispatched?

Your first box will be dispatched on Monday 25th Oct.

How often are renewal boxes delivered?

We deliver your renewal boxes once every 2 months: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec. Subscriptions are aligned to a fixed bi-monthly dispatch schedule rather than relative to the date of the initial order. Your first box will be dispatched on Monday 25th of Oct. Your second box will be the dispatched on 10th of December. Your third box will be dispatched on the 10th of February 2022. So on and so forth every 2 months.

When is the next renewal date?

Plans renew every 2 months, on the 1st of the month. Renewal boxes are dispatched on the 10th of the same month. The next renewal date is on the 1st of December. 

How can I update my grooming profile?

You can update your grooming profile by simply logging into your account with us and selecting new options.

How does the loyalty points work?

When you sign up for your first box you'll earn 200 points. You will then earn 50 on every renewal. You can also earn 10 points for every friend you refer. Once you reach 500 points you can get £5 off your next subscription.

How does the referral programme work?

When you sign up to TOPPBOX, you will have your own unique referral link. Share your link with as many friends as you want. Your friends will get 30% off their first box, and you will then get 30% off your next box.

Can I Give As Gift?

To purchase as a gift, you'll want to complete the grooming profile and once you reach the checkout page you'll see an option to check off the box for "This is a gift". Here, you can enter the gift recipient's full name, recipient's email address, and a personalised gift message. When a gift is shipped, the gift recipient will receive an email that allows the recipient to see their gift, learn more about their grooming subscription box and view any personal message that was sent. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to end your plan with us. You can suspend, restart or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You must cancel by the last day of the month should you not wish to receive any further boxes. 

What is the return and refund policy?

If you'd like to cancel your order and get a refund, we'd be more than happy to help you. If your box has already been shipped, we would require the box to be returned back to us in its original state, and don't worry we'll cover the return postage too. Once received, we'll issue a full refund immediately. Returns and refunds eligible within 60 days of order.
