What is TOPPBOX?

TOPPBOX is a grooming and skincare discovery platform. Every month, we deliver 4-5 hand-picked grooming products straight to your door.  

How much does TOPPBOX subscription cost?

A monthly, bi-monthly, or a quarterly subscription costs £19 + £3.35 P&P.

Can I purchase as a gift?

You certainly can, just tick the 'This is a Gift' checkbox at the checkout and enter the gift recipients details.

When are boxes dispatched?

We use Royal Mail and dispatch all boxes on the 15th of every month. Due to high demand, we have extended this month's dispatch date to Monday 17th of June.

When do subscriptions renew?

Renewal payments are made on the 25th of every month, or on the 25th of the last month of your 2 or 3 month subscription plan. Renewal boxes are dispatched on the 15th of the following month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to end your subscription to TOPPBOX. If there's anything we can do to help you find you a more suitable plan then please get in touch with us. You can suspend, restart or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You must cancel by the 24th of the month should you not wish to receive any further boxes.
