What is TOPPBOX?

TOPPBOX is a personalised grooming discovery box for men. We deliver 5-7 hand-picked full size grooming products straight to your door every 2 months, with a new selection of products in each delivery.

How much does TOPPBOX cost?

A subscription costs £24 + £3.35 P&P and boxes are delivered once every 2 months.

Can I purchase as a gift?

You certainly can, just tick the 'This is a Gift' checkbox at the checkout and enter the gift recipients details.

How do gift vouchers work?

The person who buys the gift card will receive an email with the gift card information that they can use to forward to their gift receiver or print out if they wish to do so.

When will my first box be dispatched?

Your first box will be dispatched on Friday 16th of April.

How often are renewal boxes delivered?

We deliver your renewal boxes once every 2 months: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec. Subscriptions are aligned to a fixed bi-monthly dispatch schedule rather than relative to the date of the initial order.  Your first box will be dispatched on Friday 16th of April. Your second box will be the dispatched on 10th of June. Your third box will be dispatched on the 10th of August. So on and so forth every 2 months.

When is the next renewal date?

Plans renew every 2 months, on the 1st of the month. Renewal boxes are dispatched on the 10th of the same month. If you signed up before the 10th of March, your next renewal date is on the 1st of April. If you have signed up after the 10th of March your next renewal is on the 1st of June.

My subscription has renewed in April, when can I expect to receive my box?

If your subscription has renewed on the 1st of April, your renewal box will be dispatched on the 15th of April. You will receive a confirmation email once your box has been dispatched with delivery taking 2-3 working days.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to end your plan with us. You can suspend, restart or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You must cancel by the last day of the month should you not wish to receive any further boxes.
